Booking
Book the court in about five minutes
Everything runs through Kenko - the reservation, the payment and the door. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
Six steps, start to finish
Get the app
Download Kenko on your phone. It handles the booking and the door, so install it before you set off.
Find the facility
Open Kenko and search for Max Speed Elite.
Create your profile
Set up your account once. After that, booking takes a few taps.
Check the calendar
Open dates and times are live in the app, in 1 hour slots. What you see is genuinely free.
Book and pay
Players tap BOOKINGS and take a half court at $30 an hour. Trainers and coaches book the full court. Pay in the app and the confirmation is immediate.
Scan in at the door
When you arrive, open the app and scan the electronic pad by the door. Then it is yours.
The app is required for entry to the building.
Questions people ask before they book
- Do I need a membership?
- No. You book and pay for the hours you want in the app. There is no membership and no joining fee.
- Can I book a half court?
- Yes, if you are playing. Individual players book one of the 3 half courts under BOOKINGS in the app, at $30 an hour. Trainers and coaches book the full court instead, so a paid session never has to share the floor.
- How do I get into the building?
- With the app. Open it when you arrive and scan the electronic pad by the door. That is why the app has to be installed before you travel - there is no front desk to let you in.
- What hours can I book?
- Any hour, any day. The court is available 24 hours by appointment, so early mornings and late nights are genuinely bookable, not just an advertised extreme.
- Where exactly are you?
- 1055 Sparkleberry Lane Extension, Columbia, SC 29223, in Northeast Columbia just off Clemson Road.
